BackupDB - Backup Database

Run BackupDB() from a command line. Before running BackupDB() , make sure that the data base is available. It is suggested to run BackupDB() exclusively, in Client/Server mode however this can be done as a online process. It is not possible run BackupDB() locally, when other applications are accessing the database updating.
