DBObjectHandle :: IsClient - Is database object client object?
The function returns, whether the database object handle has been created on the client side ( YES ) or not ( NO ). Database objects in local applications are both, client and server objects.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
