DBObjectHandle :: IsEmpty - Is database object empty?
The function returns whether the database object handle has been opened ( YES ) or not ( NO ), i.e. whether a database object instance is associated with the handle or not.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
