DataSourceHandle :: OpenDictionary - Open DictionaryHandle

The DictionaryHandle is opened only when a dictionary path has been defined ( dict_path ). If another dictionary has already been opened it is closed ( CloseDictionary ()) before reopening the DictionaryHandle . The DictionaryHandle is opened with the access mode passed to the function. When no database path ( db_path ) is defined and no access mode is passed the DictionaryHandle is opened with the access mode defined for the database,
