DictionaryHandle :: operator bool - Dictionary opened

The function returns true ( YES ) when the dictionary handle is opened and false ( NO ) when the dictionary handle is not opened or when an error had occurred while constructing the dictionary handle.

Return value: Syntactically, no value returned ( )

The NOTYPE variable results in an empty value.
