PropertyHandle :: Exist - Does instance exist
The function returns, whether the property refers to a specific instance, which need not to be selected or positioned. You my preselect an instance by calling LocateKey (). The function returns true ( YES ), when an instance is preselected or positioned.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
