PropertyHandle :: IsNewInstance - Has instance just being created
The function returns true ( YES ), when an instance has been created (and not associated) during a Provide () or Add () operation. The "new instance" state is reset when the instance is explicitly stored ( Save (), Reset ()) or unselected ( Cancel (), ToTop ()).
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
