PropertyHandle :: IsNumeric - Check property type for numeric
The function returns true ( YES ) when the property handle describes a numeric value ( INT , UINT , REAL ).
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
