Database :: disableWorkspace - Disabling workspace feature

Disabling the workspace feature requires that all workspaces have been discarded or consolidated. If this is not the case active workspaces must be consolidated before ( discardWorkspace() , consolidateWorkspace() ).

When disabling the workspace feature successfully the shadow database is removed and the database runs without workspaces in future.
