Button actions

Usually, buttons are associated with a single action by assigning an action control ( ADK_EventActionControl ) to a button ( ADK_Button ) in the buttons list of a field control ( ADK_FieldControl ). When assigning a multiple action (hierarchical action control) to a button, the button automatically a menu button.
